Royalty Structure
We offer a royalty rate of 5% to 10% of net sales
with the final specific percentage determined through
mutual consultation and
agreement.
Exclusive Territory
We retain the exclusive publishing rights for the
Korean edition of the game. The sales territory is
strictly limited to the Republic of Korea.
Mutual Agreement Clause
Additional clauses requested by the Creator
will be incorporated into the agreement following
consultation during the meeting phase.

government and we execute contracts that hold international legal validity.

Yes, absolutely. The contract is strictly limited to 'licensing use for sales

permanently vested with the original Creator, and we are obligated to
protect these rights rigorously.
Sales volume on the crowdfunding platform is publicly available in
real-time ensuring full transparency. For subsequent regular retail sales,
we will send periodic sales reports.
